Baby shower fun!

I felt so loved when a few of the ladies in my ward decided to throw me a baby shower! It was such a fun time! We played some way fun games, ate a yummy lunch, and had fun enjoying one another's company! I got some way adorable stuff and I felt really loved! Noah is so lucky to be loved by so many already and I cant wait until we get to show him off! I'm really lucky to have such wonderful friends here in Abilene. I thought it was going to be much harder when we moved here but it has been a blessing to get to know a lot of people! Thanks to all those who came to the shower and for the wonderful gifts!!
Some of the cute clothes he got!

Some blankets and fun toys!

We got this adorable baby bassinet from 2 lady's! I love it!

This boopy was made for me!! Its so soft and has cool pockets that will defiantly come in handy!! I LOVE IT!! (even Matt has tried to use it as a pillow already its sooo soft)

Daddys back!

It been a very interesting month and half! Matt left for a TDY to California 2 days after we got back from Montana! It was short notice and we were not prepared for him to go. We decided to spend those two last days putting baby stuff together and having some one on one time. They told Matt he would only be gone for two weeks at first and then they changed it to a month. Then when he was about to go they told him don't plan on coming back until your wife goes into labor! Thank goodness that didn't happen!! 2 weeks before Matt got home I had an ultrasound and that's when we found out Noah was a whopping 6lbs already! When I went into my Dr's appointment last Tuesday my Dr told me that I was already 75% effaced and 1 1/2 cm dilated! With all this new information he decided to change my due date to Sept 22Nd! Matt's face was so adorable when the Dr moved my due date up. He had a smile from ear to ear!! Next Thursday we have another ultrasound and Dr's appointment! I'm kinda hoping I don't go that long. The Dr said he didn't expect me to go into labor this week but a good possibility next week! We are so excited to meet Noah and couldn't feel more blessed! We miss everyone and cant wait to share this little blessing with you!!

Bindy cant wait to meet Noah! She give him loves all the time!!

33 weeks!!

I'm now 33 weeks and its getting close!! I told Matt once we get to 35 weeks the countdown officially begins!! I have 3 Dr's appointments next week and one of them is an ultra sound to see how big the peanut is getting!! I'm so very excited to see how big he is and how much he has changed! My Dr wants to watch and monitor his weight really closely because of the cyst I have and the pressure he will put on it as he gets bigger. As for now we are hanging out and ready to meet our handsome little man!!

Baby shower fun!!

Matt and I got to go home to Montana and have a baby shower with family and friends! It was so much fun to see my Mom and Dad and have a relaxing time with Matt! The trip started off with a non stop drive from Texas all the way to good old Bozeman. It was not bad at all to drive straight threw! We stopped in Colorado Springs and had dinner with Chelsea and Mr. Payson! That was so fun and enjoyable but let me tell ya an hour is not long enough to catch up on 8 months! Once we got to Montana it was non stop fun!! We had a great time playing in the pool with my brother and relaxing with my mom and dad. One of the first things we did was eat lunch with Michael and Em and Dave's sushi and boy was it AMAZING!!! Oh how I miss the little restaurants in bozeman.

Then it was baby shower fun!!

The yummy cake:)

I know your thinking pink decorations what? Em and I decided to have a joint baby shower and boy was it sooo much fun!! That's what happens when your practically sisters and your baby's are a month apart!

Baby brain

I have to admit pregnancy is hard! People always tell you how AMAZING being pregnant is and it is amazing but its hard work! Nobody wants to tell you the truth and scare you or maybe they just forget all the crazy stuff because what you receive in return is complete bliss!! Even though pregnancy is ruff the good definitely trumps the bad! These are some of the things I will never forget and absolutely LOVE about being pregnant:

1. I will never forget the first time I felt his little flutters (I say flutters because it does not feel like a kick its more like butterfly's in your tummy)

2.The cute hiccups

3.pushing on his feet and him kicking back

4.kicking his daddy's back when we are laying next to each other in bed.

5.Matt constantly kissing my tummy and touching my tummy

6.feeling like their is a dance party in my tummy every time I eat. (he is so his fathers son)

7.Hearing his sweet sweet heart beat and knowing that he was going to pull threw and give us the pleasure of being his parents.

8.The countless ultrasounds and watching him grow!
r>r>

(his sweet little head)

(He is looking at you in this pic kinda creepy hehe)

9.Finding out he was a boy!! (a great friend did the ultra sound so the experience was soo amazing love you girly)

(This pic is hard to see but if you look closly you can see his bum and these little round things..hehe This was taken at 15 weeks by our friend)

10.Feeling him stretch from the bottom of my belly to the top of my ribs (that's soo crazy it kinda hurts too)

11.Telling Matt I was pregnant!! (I didn't tell him for 2 days cause I didn't believe it myself and I didn't want to get his hopes up)

12.Telling my mom I was pregnant soo much fun! she screamed and cried and kept saying no way no way!! To funny

13.Finding out I was pregnant!

14.Reaching 20 weeks! I know that sounds dumb but reaching the half way mark is like a fat kid in a candy store exciting!!

(20 weeks)

(this is at 23 weeks I just love how cute my belly is in this one)

15.Putting together his crib!! Thanks great grandma!!

16.Last but not least so grateful for my Heavenly Father for letting me experience this wonderful journey of pregnancy. Matt and I were so scared we were not going to be able to have children of our own but thanks to many prayers and the Love my Savior has for me He blessed us with our little boy!

I cant wait to head back to montana to see my family in friends next week and to share this excitment with them in person. I cant wait for my baby shower im sure that will make the top favorites list but for now these were the things that I have absolutly loved about being pregnant!
