So I decided to check my email late sunday night and to my surprise I received an email from a Elder and Sister in matts ward. It was an email with lots of helpful information and some pictures of matt! I was so happy to see him! After the tears I realized that my husband had no hair! Oh well i guess he still is just as handsome! Im so excited to go and watch him graduate and am so proud of him!

Easter fun and Matts last day:(

We had a wonderful time this Easter! We dyed Easter eggs with the family on Friday night, we had a blast just goofing off and it was non stop laughs. Mark, Matt and I with our eggs We love this show!! Every year we have family easter eggs. We put our name on one side and a drawing on theother.Goofing off with our eggs!

On Sunday we had are aunt and cousins come over for a small little Easter get together. We ate lots of good food and had a fun Easter egg hunt! My poor cousin summer got beat up by her older brother and my little brother (who is 2 yrs younger) when they were hunting for eggs! Looking at all that candy!!We all played cards, basketball, baseball, Frisbee, and laughed. Matt and I had a wonderful Day together and hated how fast it went by.

The next day we got up early to get Matt out the door. We got out the door and waited for Sgt carpenter to show up. We waited patiently and i was so sick to my stomach! We talked with Sgt carpenter Matt finished sighing some paper work and then to our surprise Sgt carpenter said we weren't leaving until 2:30 because he had some people to meet with! Matt and I went back to our house to hang out for the next few hrs. It was so nice to have some more time together. Then a few hours later it was off to butte. We got Matt all ready to leave for Tuesday morning and it was so hard to say goodbye. He was so excited to go and i was very excited for him! We are so excited to see one another in June at his graduation! Only 57 more days left!!

Christmas-April!

Since my camera died i have not been able to post any pics of anything:( Well I was finally able to get a new charger for my camera i was able to charge it and finally hook it up to my computer to down load the pictures so hear are a few highlights of what has happened with us since Christmas!

Christmas 08'

So Matt and I decided that we were going to be brave and invite a friend over for family home evenings. She knew hardly anything about Jesus Christ and who he really was. So we had invited her over every Monday night for family home evenings with the missionary's for about a month. Well Christmas time was soon approaching and we decided that we would tell the Christmas story so she understood a little bit more about Jesus! Well lets just say there must have been something in the punch we drank because we all got the bright idea to act out the play. Hear is how it turned out.....

We had a wonderful Christmas and are thankful for are friends and missionaries!!!

Matt's 27th Birthday

So Matt turned the big 27 this past year! I always tease him and say he is getting so old and he is almost 30! He hates getting older but was a good sport and let us have a party! So I know this cake looks like its for a girl but this is the story....I asked Matt what kind of cake he wanted and he said he wanted an angel food cake and strawberry frosting. Well strawberry frosting is pink and thear is just no way around it...hehe

Temple Trip

Matt and I were so excited to spend a long day in the temple with one another, it was one of the last times we would be able to go together for a while...... Lets just say it didn't go our way at all!! So we went to the distribution center behind the temple to pick up a few thing that Matt would need before he left, well the lady asked for Matt's temple recommend and he couldn't find it. No problem we thought, so i just handed her mine and we purchased the items. We walked out to the car thinking it would probably be in his temple bag...nope not in there either. Well what could we do that point but go in and hopefully they could call are bishop! So we went inside the temple and while we waited in the waiting room they made there calls! Well the kind temple worker came out and apologized over and over....he had spoken with president Heap and we found out that Matt's recommend had expired. Well there was nothing we could do at that point, so Matt gave me a hug and a kiss I enjoyed a few hours in the temple and Matt helped out on the temple grounds!!!
Now my computer is acting up so i will have to publish the rest of or fun temple pictures later on!

Ok so i finally learned how to use this thing and i promise to keep updated! Matt and i are about to go through some major changes and start a new adventure!! we will keep you updated with pictures and such of our journey. It seems like when you have kids you keep things like blogs updated but when its just the 2 of you theres not a whole lot that happens. So hopefully we will have kids soon...hehe! We had some visitors in town last week! Are 2 favorite family members showed up(i probably shouldnt admit that for everyone to see but they already know it so oh well i guess) First we had michael and emily come into town we went to the museum of the rockies, had fun at my parents, and ran around town with them!! We had a blast just being together and any time we are all together its so much fun! The boys took forever in the museum so emily maddison and i rushed through to the very end to the kids play place...i think the adults had more fun the maddie!! Next we got to see chelsea shayne and payson! They stoped by on thursday to say hello and payson was a little shy at first! I got the cutest gift of message m&m's and one with paysons picture on it!! Chelsea emily payson and i ate lunch together one day and that was a lot of fun! Matt and i got to babysitt payson for a few hours and let me tell you, I didnt think i could fall much more in love with the little guy and i did!!!! Chelsea and i got a surprise spa day from my wonderful husband!!!! We had a blast getting a couples message and pedicures!! It was nice to spend some one on one time with her!!! Then it was time for them all to leave!! It seems like it gets harder and harder every time i see them and they leave!! Good thing familys are forever!!!
