As you all know Matt graduated from BMT June 12Th! It was such a neat experience to go down and see him. I was so proud of him and had such a fun time seeing how life has been for him. He was in basic for 8 and a half weeks and it was the longest 8 and a half weeks of my life!!! It is really hard to be away from your husband and I truly do feel for those who have husbands who are deployed or are gone longer then a week at a time for work! On the way from Ontario to Denver my plane was delayed because Denver was having such sever weather storms. I finally made it to Denver and I missed my plain:( So needless to stay I had to stay the night in the Denver airport....not fun at all!!! Finally after several phone calls and talking to several delta customer service agents they wear able to get me on the 8 o'clock flight out of Denver. I finally made it San Antonio around 1 and missed a few things on Thursday. I got their for the end of the coin ceremony and was happy to see my husband!

Then we walked around base and ate lunch. On Friday it was the big day...Matt became an official airman!! I have to say that was like in my top 5 proudest moments in my life! I have never felt so proud in my life! Then later that evening we went to a baseball game! That was so much fun and we made it on the kissing screen!

The next day we went to sea world and it was so incredibly hot i thought i was going to DIE!! I have never ever been any wear hotter then San Antonio Texas!

The humidity was horrible and i felt like i was going to faint at any moment!! Matt and I left sea world early because i couldn't take the heat. It was nice to go back to the hotel and hang out together one on one. Later that evening we went to a basketball game...my favorite!! We had so much fun spending time together and when we had to part ways on Sunday it was even harder then the first time! Matt is now in tech school in Wichita Falls Texas at Shepard Air Force Base. I'm so excited to go and see him in 13 days!!! Matt and I report to his first duty station Dec 10Th to Albenie Texas at Dyess Air Force Base. (its about an hour and a half west of Dallas) We are very excited for what the future holds and cant wait to live together again!:)
